1B Classifying animals as herbivores, omnivores and carnivores

Mrs Bateman has been having some mystery visitors in her garden. She has never seen them but they have been leaving her little presents...poo! This afternoon we looked closely at the mystery poos to see if we could work out what the animals had been eating. We found poos full of leaves, plants and seeds that belnged to herbivores; poos full of leaves, plants and bits of bone that belonged to omnivores and poos full of just bits of bone that belonged to carnivores. She really hopes that her mystery visitors were foxes or hedgehogs rather than lions or cheetahs!
