Cooking with Mrs Tatham

Yesterday we had the pleasure of Mrs Thatham joining us for the whole morning! We have been growing lots of fruit and vegetables in our nursery garden so it was only right to make Mrs T's very own minestrone soup. The children chopped up the vegtables and combined them with chopped tomatos, herbs and spaghetti to create the most delicious minestrone soup. One of the boys was very keen to tell us that it was 'even better than my daddy's!' We dipped freshly made, warm, crusty bread into our soup an enjoyed it as a midmorning treat!
