Happy New Year!

We hope you had a great Christmas and New Year!

The children enjoyed exploring the new areas in nursery we have set up. We have a Children's Hospital inside and a Cosy Cafe outside. Adults are modelling language used and the children are copying. We have been talking about medicines, x-rays, stethosopes, syringes, injections, bandages, appointments and times as well as encouraging the children to talk about why they are poorly and how we can treat them.

In the cafe we have been placing our orders, talking about what we need to make our hot drinks and exchanging money, as well as remembering to use our manners of course!
