TRAFFORD SUNRISE REFERRALS ARE CURRENTLY CLOSED. 

Trafford Sunrise has seen a significant increase in the complexity of referrals for 5–12-year-olds in Trafford requiring support with their mental health and wellbeing. This demand has increased the waiting times substantially over the past 6-9 months and coupled with a decrease in staffing resource means that the service does not have the capacity to deliver a timely service to children.

Therefore, Trafford Sunrise has decided to suspend new referrals to the service and focus on those currently waiting until they are in a better position with a more stable workforce.

This is not a decision that has been taken lightly and we are doing everything we possibly can in the meantime to continue to support children and their families already accessing the service.
