1B Treat time gardening

We helped out Mr Moulton by clearing some of the lockdown weeds from the Key Stage 1 eco beds (made from the eco bricks children have made). There was lots of digging, raking, weeding and pulling to be done. We were rewarded by finding some potatoes in the beds from earlier in the year. We had lots of fun getting muddy. We all had some hot chocolate to warm us up then went for a walk through the school grounds. We looked out for signs of autumn and even found some apples in the orchard. It was a great morning!
